Warranty & Returns Policy

This Warranty and Returns Policy only applies to products sold by Reppa. It does not apply to third party products sold by Merchants (as defined in the Website Terms of Use) through their own website. ​

Returns and refunds

We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly accept a return for a refund of most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:

Have the original invoice attached

Are in their original packaging

Have original manufacturer information

Are not used, installed, or disassembled

Are not damaged due to incorrect installation

Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

Are not custom made or specifically ordered in

Please note this Policy is not a warranty against defects. For defective goods, please contact us directly. ​

Return Procedure

To complete your return, contact us with the details of your proposed return and refund and confirmation that you can meet the returns criteria set out above. Then simply send your item to the address specified over the phone.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be borne by you.

Reppa Guarantee

Reppa guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us immediately using the details below, we will then give you instructions on how to proceed.

Reppa will provide the remedy requested and applicable under the Australian Consumer Law.
